Alleviate your recovery from injury or surgery

MEDFIT FOR ACHES & PAINS
Don’t wait for an ache or pain to turn into an injury. Come see one of our MedFit Professionals. Here at MedFit, we have prevented doctor’s appointments, physical therapy and even surgeries for our clients. You do not have to be a GBC member to see our trainers.
Most gyms hire "personal trainers" to work with clients through personal training sessions, or what we call "one-on-one" sessions. Our facility, however, does not employ personal trainers. We have a staff of highly qualified Exercise Physiologists and Athletic Trainers.
The Performance Enhancement program is an additional service offered by the Med-Fit Center. This service emphasizes building athletic potential by focusing on various skills related to each sport. Speed, quickness, strength, agility, endurance and flexibility are components that will be emphasized in our training program. Team and individual sessions are available.
The Med-Fit Center Post-Rehab Exercise Program is designed to meet the exercise and strengthening needs of individuals who wish to return to their previous functional status following illness, injury, or surgery.
Similar to One-On-One sessions, grab some friends or a family member and enjoy a workout session together! Small Group sessions help you stay motivated by keeping each other on track and increasing the likelihood of achieving results! Small Group sessions are also affordable alternatives to One-On-One sessions!
Better Balance was designed to help you prevent falls and teach safe alternatives to common movements. We believe social interaction and maintaining an active lifestyle are critical to your quality of life. The class focuses on musculoskeletal issues related to aging.
