We specialize in "bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness" by providing a guided and structured transition from your rehabilitation program to a safe return to your active lifestyle.

The Med-Fit Center Post-Rehab Exercise Program is designed to meet the exercise and strengthening needs of individuals who wish to return to their previous functional status following illness, injury, or surgery.
The Performance Enhancement program is an additional service offered by the Med-Fit Center. This service emphasizes building athletic potential by focusing on various skills related to each sport. Speed, quickness, strength, agility, endurance and flexibility are components that will be emphasized in our training program. Team and individual sessions are available.
Most gyms hire "personal trainers" to work with clients through personal training sessions, or what we call "one-on-one" sessions. Our facility, however, does not employ "personal trainers". We have a staff of highly qualified Exercise Physiologists and an Athletic Trainer.
Similiar to One-On-One sessions, grab some friends or a family member and enjoy a workout session together! Small Group sessions help you stay motivated by keeping each other on track and increasing the likelihood of achieving results! Small Group sessions are also affordable alternatives to One-On-One sessions!
RockTape is a special kind of tape known as kinesiology tape. It is used to treat all types of injuries and to improve sports performance. Please speak with our Certified RockDocs to learn if your injury can be treated with RockTape.
