ONE-ON-ONE SMALL GROUP TEAM TRAINING
We provide one-on-one training, small groups (up to 4 athletes), and training for teams. Each athlete must undergo an initial, individual assessment before starting any training program with us. See the bottom of this page for pricing!
IMPROVE SPEED, QUICKNESS, AND AGILITY
The difference between a good player and a great player is the ability to change direction and first step quickness. Speed is great to have, but not very effective if you are unable to control your movements. Foot placement, body angles, stride length, stride frequency, and arm motion will all be taught in various directions to make you a better athlete.
IMPROVE STRENGTH, CORE, AND FLEXIBILTY
Power and strength are extremely important. We cover all of the areas to help to increase your agility, speed, strength, and explosiveness. Our programs also include plyometric, core strengthening, and flexibility training.
DECREASE LIKELIHOOD OF INJURY
If you get injured, you cannot play. We'll help you stay in play with improved flexibility and balance programs that reduce the likelihood of injury with a program that helps decrease acute and overuse injuries.
Each participant will undergo a 1-hour initial, individual assessment that will include:
- Goal Setting
- Movement Screening
- Running Analysis
- Tests for muscle imbalances
- Health History
