The difference between a good player and a great player is the ability to change direction and step quickly. Speed is great to have, but not very effective if you are unable to control your movements. Foot placement, body angles, stride length, stride frequency, and arm motion will all be taught in various directions to make you a better athlete.
IMPROVE STRENGTH, CORE, AND FLEXIBILTY
Power and strength are extremely important. We cover all areas to help increase agility, speed, strength, and explosiveness. Our programs also include plyometrics, core strengthening, and flexibility training.

If you get injured, you cannot play. We'll help you stay in play with improved flexibility and balance programs that reduce the likelihood of injury with a program that helps decrease acute and overuse injuries.
